I contracted with Alberto to pressurewash and paint the exterior of my house, soffits, fascia boards, drip caps, iron railings, and exterior doors. Their quote was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. My neighbors have excellent reviews of their work with good reason. They started on my house on Monday and finished up on Friday. They were careful about protecting windows, doors, and foliage before painting. They arrived on time and worked hard all day. The site was left clean when they left. I am very happy with the results.

Nikolas was friendly and professional on the phone when I first contacted him and also in person when he gave me a reasonable quote with a start date. I then hired him to paint a 3br 3ba villa. The crew showed up on time, and consisted of Alberto (his dad), Christian (his brother), Luis and Jean. All were very pleasant and professional. I was present for most of the 3 days they were there and they were very accommodating to me and my buddy who was staying with me as we had some work to do. We added painting of doors and trim to the initial scope of work and the quote was reasonable and seem-less. The job they did was fantastic, could not have asked for more when hiring a contractor. There was no “screwing around” with them, they came to work and to do a super job. Would definitely recommend them.

Several weeks ago my wife and I began to start the task of renovating the inside of our home. We have lived here for 7 years and it was time. So we decided to start with painting the interior before doing the floors. I began getting quotes and checked Yelp as I often do and came across Florida Paint and Design. I requested a quote and was contacted by Nick immediately. Nick set up a date and time to give me a quote. He showed up on time and began the process of assessing the inside of the home. After a short time he advised me he would send me a quote within a few days. As promised the quote was sent to me and my questions about repairing some cracks we had were answered. We decided to hire Nick for the job and it was one of the best decisions we made. Several days prior to starting Nick got samples of paint that were chosen by my wife and me and showed up at 7 PM to paint a couple of spots so we could choose what color we wanted to go with. A day prior to the start day I contacted Nick and asked him if I needed to get anything done in the home to prepare for him and his crew. Nick assured me there was nothing to be done and that he and his crew would take care of everything. The next day Nick showed up on time and began to get to work. Me and my wife left for work leaving Nick in the home. Once I returned the whole house was covered in plastic to protect anything from the paint that was being sprayed on the ceiling. Nick had removed all the paintings off the wall and covered all the furniture in the house. Nick also showed me a gold ring that he found on a dresser and gave it to me. This ring is sentimental because it belonged to my late step mother and was given to my wife by my father. Once he did that I knew that, not only was he an incredibly hard and sufficient worker, but he was honest. Over the next several days Nick and his team completely transformed the interior of my 40 year old house into something that looks brand new. Nick’s attention to detail and how maticulous he and his crew were cannot be matched. They would clean up everyday when they were done and get the house ready for the next day. Once the job was complete Nick agreed to come back after our floors were done and paint the baseboards as part of the original quote. During the floor renovation several spots of drywall were ripped off when the old baseboards were taken off. A phone call to Nick and he was at my house at 8 PM fixing it. The floors are now done and Nick and his team are painting the new baseboards, as promised. You know people say you never know how or when you might find your next friend. Well, I can say, after meeting Nick and talking to him over the course of a week, we have now become friends. I even met his father, who is also part of the team. The quality of work is par to none and he really does go above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy. I highly recommend Nick and his company to anyone looking to have their home painted, inside or out. I promise you, you will not be disappointed! My wife and I agree that we have never met someone more humble, personable and appreciative of the opportunity to serve his customers and to make sure they are happy with every aspect of the job. Excellent work, very professional, detailed, and thorough. From start to finish Nicholas was the most professional painter I have worked with. He responded promptly to calls, showed up on time, made sure everything was cleaned up every day after the work was complete. I couldn’t be more happy with their work. They removed ALOT of wallpaper in my kitchen, master bath, and guest bathroom, added texture to the walls and painted. The price was good and the quality of the work was top notch.
